Tangible products are items that you physically receive by mail, such as our standard non-custom-made CD’s and DVD’s. You can return them within 30 days for a refund. Please get in touch with us to receive an MRA number (Merchandise Return Authorization). We can only process returns with an MRA number. You will need to send CD’s and DVD’s in a bubble padded envelope, using a mail option that offers either a tracking service or a signature upon delivery. Use the return address on the package you received, or get in touch to get the address. You are responsible for the shipping and packaging costs incurred by the return of the item. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded, which is a minimal cost to repackage the item(s) for distribution. Items must be received in their original shape and condition, and any damage may be subjected to other costs, to be determined by the extent of the damage.
We will make sure that all orders arrive safely and in top condition, and if there is a failure in that respect, we will incur all related costs to rectify the situation appropriately. If your item ends up being defective at any moment down the line, simply return the item to us, and we will arrange to send you a replacement.
Non-tangible products are items that you do not receive physically via mail. They are digital media, such as audio MP3’s, or video MP4 files, that you download to your computer or get to stream online after payment. These particular items are non-refundable. However, you are allowed to exchange non-tangible products at any time, for any other non-tangible item available of the same price. We recommend that you make one (1) backup copy of your downloaded product to prevent its loss. In the event of a loss, we can arrange to issue another copy to download, and these terms will be determined on a case by case basis.
All services provided such as personal & business coaching, consulting, as well as custom-made CD’s & DVD’s and all other related services are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed beforehand.
