So many articles have been written about the fact that adults need about 8 hours of sleep per night. The fact is, that some people may need more or less. The real question should be, WHEN are you getting your sleep!
You can get a full 8 hours of sleep but if you went to bed at 2am and woke up at 10am, you will not be in tip top shape. Definitely not compared to if you slept at 10pm and woke up at 6am. It’s crucial to have not only the right amount of sleep, but to also sleep at the right time. The best time range to go to bed to help you wake up in great shape is between 9pm and midnight. This is for adults 18-45 years of age. Older people tend to sleep earlier than that due to their age and their lack of energy, which is normal. If you go to sleep later than midnight, even with the right amount of hours you need, it is still not optimal sleep for you.
Sleeping is filled with mysteries even to this day. We don’t really know truly why we sleep exactly, but it seems that when the sun goes down, we should go to sleep as well! Let me tell you, I’ve dealt with insomnia for years. I’ve had extremely odd sleeping patterns. I would go to bed at 1-2am because I was working so much, and even with adequate sleeping hours, I was always tired and out of energy throughout the day. So I changed my pattern. I decided to go to bed earlier, usually between 10pm and midnight, and by 6am, I would wake up on my own. That’s right, I don’t need an alarm clock anymore π Waking up when you want to wake up and not because you have to is a great feeling! To do that, you need to sleep at the right time.
To help you get adequate sleep, don’t do anything too physically or mentally strenuous at least 2 hours before your bed time. As well, don’t eat a relatively large meal close to your sleep time. Make sure you use your bed to sleep and not to watch TV. This will train your mind to associate your bedroom with sleep and nothing else. Leave your stress and worries at your bedroom door! Clear your thoughts and just enjoy your sleep. Try this and you will be surprised how early your eyes will open on their own. Also, you will notice an increase in your energy throughout your day, and while it’s normal to get tired by 8-9pm, that will only make it that much easier to fall asleep by 10-11pm.
To fix your sleeping cycle, either try to not sleep an entire night so that by early evening you will be so tired you will sleep earlier, or do an activity that requires a lot of mental or physical energy, so that you will be drained and needy of sleep to regenerate. Just like that, you can fix your sleeping issues. If I can do it, and I was a BIG insomniac for years, then you can to. When it comes to sleep, keep in mind that timing is everything π

I am 24 years old. I do exercise in gym hall in the evening i.e 6-7.30 PM. I am doing MBA in the morning and have to go to office at 10 am. As per physician and doctor i need at least 7-8 hours rest time to grow my muscle.
I have some problem that at what time shall i go to bed. I have planned that going to bed at 8 PM and wake up at 3 PM because I am planning to study at 3-5 am, since i get tired after exercise and cant concentrate on study in one hand, on the other hand some people recommend me that study in the night at 8-10 Pm and go to bed and wake up at 5 am.
Please suggest me what should i do to get complete rest so that it should not hamper my study too.

Age: 13
I personally hate and love sleep, but more on the hate. Mornings are a trouble, I hate getting up. In weekends or the holidays I normally go to sleep around 4-8am and wake up around 12-4pm, then pretty much stay in my bed all day until I go to sleep again.
My school nights I try and get to bed early. My best is normally 11pm, but I more commonly only go to bed 12-2am, then I’ll wake up at 7am.
I know my sleeping pattern is screwed up, but when I want to try and change it. Nothing works. I tried and I just tossed and turned in my bed until late again.
I know sleep is important, I want to get more sleep.

The Best Time in a sellping 10.pm to 5. Am then 6 hours
“Tiffany Rosenbower says:
This is good advice, but itβs not realistic. You state that for optimal sleep, you should rest between about 10 P.M. and 6 A.M. My husband goes to work at 10 at night and gets out at six in the morning. I work six days a week, leaving for work at 6 P.M. and getting out around midnight. I donβt know how someone can maintain the ideal schedule you describe in this article, unless they work a set 9-5. To be completely honest, I donβt know anyone that does that.”
Work is made for man, not man for work.
We need sleep to live, we need food to live, we need air to live. Ban any of these out and you will die.
If you chose a job that interferes with the natural proceses of the human body, it’s entirely your fault .1 hour of sleep before midnight = 2 hours of sleep after midnight. Ask any old people about this and you will see.
Money was also made for man, not man made to make money.
If large sums of money is your goal in life, then keep working like retards 12-16 hours a day and go to sleep at midnight and wake at 5-6 am. or work night shifts.
The real challenge is to be consistent with sleep time every night. Great article to read. Thx
Hi, im 14 years old and i think i have sleeping problems, sometimes i go to bed at 10 pm but i stay up untill 6am in the morning and go to sleep untill 11in the afternoon, but normaly i dont sleep at all, is this normal for a person of my age? X

I think in 3:45am
I usually go to bed early. 8pm to be exact. And wake up at 5:30am or 6am. And a morning jog to boost energy for the day. Make this as a practice. Swear you’ll feel great every time before going to bed and after waking up. π

Hi Im 19 yrs old.i go to sleep at 11pm and walk up at 3am.Does it creates any problem in my health?
Best time to sleep is 10.30 pm to 5.30 am. As per research, if you are 20+ you should sleep at least 7hrs .
Hi ,
I go to bed at 11 – 11 30 PM and wake at 7 15 – 7 30 AM , is that fare to health ?
Hi, I’m 22. I sleep at 3 to 5 am since age 19, wake up at 12pm usually.
And ya I get more healthy problem bit by bit.
Hi I’m Mandi and I’m 19 years old and I go to bed around 1 or 2 in the morning and this is an everyday thing even when I have school the next morning and even when I start to get tired I go to bed then as soon as I lay down I’m wide awake. But even when I get a full 8 hrs of sleep I wake up still tired and just want to sleep more I don’t know if that’s just because I’m 19 or what but it’s starting to interfere with school -.-
Great tips. You should also avoid junkie or too much fatty food before you go to bed.
Help I cant get to sleep till morning at 3am help, I am 11, I had insomnia since I was small, about 4 yeara old! Aometimes I sleep at 6 or 5 too! I used to sleep at 12 bat then I slept at 1 then 2 and than 10 or 9 then I suddenly could not sleep!
The article is right we should always sleep between 10pm to 6am. According to research, if a person sleeps between 10pm to 6am they will be at their best.
Hi i shaun i am 14 years old and i go to bed about 10:30 pm and wake up at 5:00 am is that good time
Its really helpful to me and solved problems like stress
Hello, I am 14 years old. I have struggles about waking up hours. When I go to sleep about 12am or 1am and when I wake up the time shows that it is about 12pm. The condition that I always I’m is great, healthy. When I go to sleep, I feel tired only a little bit I shut down my Lap top and be on a phone for a little a bit (about 30 or 40 minutes daily).
This is my daily routine for my Summer Break, but I don’t get why I get up so late…
It has been already about 2 days going on, and I also don’t know about today, I think it will happen again, I guess. Hope not.
I am 27 years old and always go to work late, have even been reprimanded by colleagues for doing that. I try to wake up early with alarms but just end up pressing snooze. I sleep at 1 am but henceforth I will try to be in bed by 10:30 pm. I know I can do so much better if I wake up earlier. Thanks for great article.
Thank you for the tips . I am also have a same problem like then when it comes to sleep at 10pm until 5am . I am 19 years old
This article is very helpful! Best time to go to bed is 9 pm π
I go to bed at 9 or 10pm every night. I even turn off the lights, tv and things that I know it’ll distract my sleep. However, I always end up sleeping late. I have read so many articles already but it doesn’t help me at all. That’s why when I go to school, I have severe headache and I feel so sleepy all the time. And when I get home from school, I feel tired and drowsy, I want to sleep but I can not. Is this an insomnia or something? One thing that I am ashamed of going out because I have lots of acne on my face and back. I’ve always wanted to get rid of this skin problems. It has been years but I still have this. I eat right, do exercise to reduce stress but when it comes to sleep, I cannot do it. Please help me get through it. And to think that I am an 18 year old girl, I envy those who get enough sleep. They even said that getting enough sleep will help you more productive and it will help you get rid from skin problems.
Hi Sophia,
Have your tried hypnosis courses to help you with sleeping? Seems like what you are dealing with is chronic insomnia. Here is a link to a really good course that will certainly help you in falling asleep. It’s highly effective, give it a try and see how it helps you out:
http://ineedmotivation.com/cure-insomnia-hypnosis-mp3-download-cd.htm
I am 18 yrs. Old and i’ve grown up with a lifestyle of bad eating habits my family except for my younger brother have always juged me and chose to argue with me when i wanted to go to bed at 10pm…… I hate arguing with my family so eventually i chose to quit arguing with them and accept the fact that i would have to go to bed when they do which is at 2-3 in the morning…. I still get 8 hours of sleep but im still trying to live a healthy lifestyle and its hard for me to eat 5 times a day when ive been taught that a normal 24 hour period is from 12am-12am not 3am-3am…. I would really appreciate your advice….. Plus i start my job at Bob Evans on friday and college in august so im worried it will get harder to live a healthy lifestyle
Hi Amber,
It can be really tough to lead a healthy lifestyle when surrounded by others that do not. This is a real test for your willpower, but one that you can overcome. Stick to your beliefs, and do what you feel is right for you. Try talking to your family and show them this article and others, so that they can see for themselves the benefits of sleeping at a more appropriate time. Perhaps with a little persistence you can make them change their ways for the better. As for balancing school and work, I’d suggest to be as organized as you can be. Build yourself a routine and try to stick to it as much as possible. And tell yourself that it is temporary, because it is, and that it’s a little sacrifice today for a better tomorrow π
thank you so much for this information!
i have to add this one too, sleeping well and at the best time..will help you loose waight !
today,i decided to sleep early .. i hope that i will Do it ..
about years i slept after the midnight..and i can’t remmber even one time that i woke up with a good mood!
the challenge will began π
That is awesome! Keep it up π
Without the justification why we should go to bed before the midnight you argument is useless.
I am all in adults sleeping at 9pm or maybe 10pm. Also turning off all the lights and do not watch tv so that the mind will know its time for bed. Not getting good sleep disturbs your health by causing you to be too tired to exercise and eat properly. I am a medical student and it can be so hard to get proper sleep but I have learn sleep is need to relieve stress. No sleep causes depression, anxiety and unnecessary health problems just from not getting sleep. Also do yoga 2 hrs before you sleep so that your body can rest. I am so glad to find this website because after my son was born and my husband in the military working and deploying I became a night owl and over time getting so tired I can’t even stay up for 30 mins. You need sleep it is a must. So we started turning the lights out at 9pm and everyone needed to be washed up and in bed, my son at 7:30 or 8pm and us at 9pm and lights out over the house. We play smooth gospel music and then off to sleep. Sleep improves better eating habits and gives you the mind to go workout or at least 30 mins of morning walking. Great article!!
It’s about two months that i can’t sleep before 2am ! And although i sleep 8 hours a day , my life is real mass , Full of lethargy !! And i am always bored !
Thank you for this article i am gonna try my best to sleep between 10-11 pm from tomorrow ! And get out of this bloody situation !
What will be a right time to sleep for a fifteen year old
Also, I get at least 8-10 hours of sleep from my sleeping habit. . From forced sleep of parents, I only got 1 hour of sleep and just never went to sleep,
I am 14 years old going on 15 on November 20, I am about 5’2 I sleep when I am very exausted or drowsy. Even when I slept really late like 5AM, but I can wake up on my own and feel fresh. I’ts really nature for us to sleep on our own time, sleeping early is nature because the fact that you always have to go to school every 7am or 6am, you’re parents want you to sleep early and force you to sleep at 9 or 10pm. I never like it when my parents force me, I tell them I am not sleepy but they either give me hotmilk with sugar in it ( So good ) to. Help me sleep or they tell me I would be banned from the computer for a day,and I wouldn’t want that, but I suggest to make yourself is something like hot milk with sugar or not to make your body relax or have a therapist come by and give you a massage for you to relax better or to put you to sleep, I have tried these methods and they do work, especially on a 14 year old child like me π
I tend to believe the report’s and publications from the national sleep foundation over medical doctors self sleep studies. And the national sleep foundation studies sleep in depth. So I find it rather odd that so many doctors would disagree or stray from what the national sleep foundation reports in their studies.
Hi ! thank you dear writer ! I am a student and I agree with you .Later I used to wake up at 5:30AM to study but now I discovered that it can be wrong ,because I used to sleep at 11PM so my sleeping time was just about 6/5 hours.
i getr home at midnight from coollege, and still have to take shower eat dinner
how to manage that
I am an Engineer having the night shift then how can i manage my sleeping hours and i nee to work some time in the morning also please give me the best timings for sleep
Sleep at 10:30 pm and wakeup at 5:45. Its really good and right.
Its really helpful, i am will try this.
I have started a new job I work from 3am to 11:30am Monday – Friday. I have been feeling really tired lately when for a physical and the doctor said he does feel I do need a good 8 maybe 8 1/2 hrs of sleep. I get up at 2am. He would like me to go to bed between 5:30pm – 6pm for at least one week to see how I feel. Do you think its a good idea to try this. I did like the article, and feel I do need more sleep.
Thanks!
I am in a strange situation. Due to work pressure and my love for being an all nighter , i guess my body got tuned this way. For the last 4 years, i have never slept before 1 AM. Also I sleep usually between 1 am – 3 am , get up between 8-10 am. I am not sure whether I am harming myself with this schedule
Thank u very much sir for sharing ur experience
Its really helpful
Well,it depends. My four kids go to bed at around 8:00 or 9:30.My oldest daughter goes to bed at around 11:00.But my other three go to bed at around 8:00.
a large no of people have told a large no of things about sleeping but i thing sleeping even 4 hours even 2 hours also may be sufficient but it not possibles for all. sleeping periods va,ry upon this fact how u r woory, how much anxiety u keep, how u use energy what naturally u gets, ting positive think hopefull u will find gradully u will need less hours of sleeps in comparision of other people.but never give pressure to awake,it will not happen in very short time
Every night for years I got to bed at 4am and wake up at 11 feeling exhausted! I work 12-8pm or from home, and when I get home feel i need to unwind after cooking etc,end up feeling dead all day and wake up around 9pm I feel full of life from 9pm-3am! Help!! I’ve stayed up all nigth and day to fall asleep the next night early and set alarms and can’t do it π
Hhaaha yeah, I think the best time to go to sleep is before 10 p.m. or if not just a little bit after 10 p.m.
Another:
A officemate of mine told me that when a person get very sleepy then take nap, why?
Because the body is tired.. Hehe.. Kidding aside, because the body needs a rest. Don’t over work your body.
What will happen if you still work despite your tired?
Your heart is at risked.. That’s why some people is getting thier heart bigger in size..
A heart is like a engine, if you over work your engine it will break down.. Give the engine a rest and oil.. The oil for heart is rest and food..
This is a hearsay from a friend of mine:
Her husband always sleep at 11pm, who eventually got sick and died..
The doctor diagnose that this person developed a bad habid of getting a rest or sleep at night that his internal organ mulfuction (liver, kidney, heart maybe all internal parts).
Why did this happen?
The doctor said that our internal organ is doing its stuff at its peak at 10pm, so the body should be getting its rest at 9pm.. The doctor said that the inter organ can’t function well if the person is still awake at 10pm..
This case maybe special to him.. Because I believe not all of us has desame faith as his, we all have different kind of diseases. Its a case to case basis.
tHE ORGANISATIONS THAT do nothing but study sleep disagree with much of this and they still claim that the brain has to manage 8 hours of recooping after a day of being awake.people please don’t believe any organisation that doesn’t specifically and solely do sleep studies as the national sleep foundation does .i’ve read so much crap online by people who have either done their own supposed studies or taken their info from medical doctors or from other sources that are NOT doing 24/7 studies on sleep.the national sleep foundation has been doing sleep studies for over 30 years and maintains that a person’s brain requires 8 to 9 hours of sleep..uninterupted sleep in order to function appropriately as it should.feeling as though you’re doing well on 6 hours of sleep is deceptive.the problem today is that young people seem to be have the desire to be awake and hanging out 24/7.i believe this is where much of this misleading info comes from.i feel sorry for you 20 somethings and some of you 30 somethings who have gotten used to sleeping 5 or 6 hours per day or less.as you get older this kind of schedule will create problems for you physically and in other ways.this absurd desire to be awake as often as possible merely because you want to hang out or ‘do stuff’ or whatever is going to bite you in the ass before too long.refer to the national sleep foundation for your scientific information about sleep
Great article , I will try it for sure π
Depends, it doesn’t show problems now when you get older you’ll see many problems!!!
the best indication when u shud sleep is – yawn.go to sleep before u yawn for the second time.eat lightly minimum 3 hours before going to bed.have a clean bed always.have proper ventilation, try to avoid pillow, and thats a wonderful feeling to sleep without pillows.
That’s probably the best range for majority of people, but there are people like me who can easily adapt to every schedule, i used to work at night(baker), sleeping from 8-10 am to 4-5 pm, never had any problems.
I SLEEP AT 3AM N GET UP AT 11PM N I AM 22 YEARS OLD PLS HELP ME
This is totally true!
I used to wake up tired and lacking energy.
Then I started going to bed every night at the same time and I started to notice how I’d sleep exactly 8 hours per night. So if I slept at midnight I’d wake up at 8:00 am. If I slept at 23:00 I’d wake up at 6:00 am.
This week I went to sleep on weird patterns like 2am and even waking up at 10am I felt a lack of energy. It probably has something to do with lights of sun disturbing the sleep, so in fact you sleep with a lot less quality.
So I remembered this and googled “ideal time to sleep” and found this article. It just confirms my own thoughts.
So, today I’ll start fixing my sleep again. I will sleep at 22:00 – 00:00 range which really is the ideal.
Exercises + healthy nutrition + good sleep = living happy and feeling good.
Good topic I will try to do it π
GRATE ARTICLE… I LOVE THIS……
How many years did you have insomnia? I have always slept at 1-2 for the last ten years at least, and it’s a hard habit to break. If I fix it now at 31, do you all think I can repair the damage done??
I really want to wake up early because it is so silent in the morning especially 5 or 6am. But, I usually sleep at 12midnight and I wake up at 9am the sun is really shining and I feel the heat.
I don’t want sleep late. Maybe I will change my sleeping style.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
thank you very much. this was so helpful. i had insomnia for 4years.
this is the best solution ever.
hey !!
i am also 16 yr old..
and i love sleeping at 9pm or so on………
but the problem is the time i wake up i feel tired.:)
I love you
also what is the good effect for us if we sleep right?? and what is the bad effect if we dont sleep right?
im just curious …
hey .! im only 15 years old .. and i want to be healthy … so … do you think 8/more than hours of sleep could help to loose weight?? what do you think? and also do you that sleeping at the right time could also help increase height??
im just curious ..
I’m 52 and I only sleep 5-6 hours a night and I have so much energy during the day that I out do people half my age. I watch very little t.v. I don’t eat any sugar- rarely eat red meat and I get an adequate amount of exercise. If something is bothering me I write it down and I do pray about it. it usually takes care of itself i a day or two.
I usually would go to sleep around 10 p.m. 11 p.m. or midnight and then I would wake up around 6:30 or 7 – not real rested. Recently, thanks to being on medication – first for infection, and then acid reflux/gastritis and changing my thyroid level meds, I go to bed about 8:30 or 9:30 and I wake up at 2:30 or 3:30. I will lay back down, and my eyes are closed – and I think i am in a dream state, and then I get up at 4:30, take my thyroid med and then lay back down and take my prilosec at 6:30. I am tired in the morning, but it does improve somewhat.
It does effect your moods and such – getting adjusted to meds, etc.
Just curious if this is normal? And if I am ok.
This is so true. Now, only if I could get to sleep at a normal time. I can’t.
a nice article,
now,i indeed think i have had get into bad habits,
thanks for teach me this,

i like this essay
nice article….

how many time sleep in a day for a ideal man .
how much time we sleep
Hmm..m also that.i always go to sleep around 11pm and get up at 6am. Is it the right time too?i think it isn’t.but I need to study.so how can I do?
Great info mate …………… Thanks
i start work at 3am so i get up at 2am. i try to go to bed early to get proper sleep but i still am tierd during the day, what would be the best time to go to bed so i can get the proper rest i need??
nice article………. n i agree with u…….
the best time with be 8 just 8 ok got it if u go to sleep later u will get back pain take from me im 108 my daughter is writing this for me
I know I need more than 8 hours of sleep, plus a nap to get me through the rest of the day. Part of the reason is low metabolic rate. Keeping up some kind of exercise routine will help me sleep less, but it is not consistent – I may be good on Monday and Tuesday, but Wednesday I crash and need another 10 hours of sleep. I do wonder if a steady 8 hours would help.
i sleep at 1 am and wake up at 7 am…..i become active during night times and tired ven itz abt 8pm….
There is needed body repair that takes place during the early hours. When I went to university I thought working hard (sleping late because of study) was the best until I changed at the advise of a professor. I changed my sleep and study hours: sleeping from 6pm to midnight and my cumulative grade average improved significantly, from 3.1 to 3.65 in one year. My awake late contributed to my downfall. Sleeping early is best.
i agree, if i wake up really late i feel like crap but if i get up early i feel good
i agree with most ppl everybody has diffrent naturalk patterns and if you work day shift the best time to go to bed is about 10pm to 1 am but i work 2nd shift and am trying to go to 1st because on 2nd shift i sleep very inconsistnent my number of hours and amount of hours are very diffrent and its best to have a consisntent sleep schedule some nigghts i sleep half or 3 times more than another night sleeping a whole shift set of hours earlier or later its weird im 19 and im aware its not good to sleep like this
is day-nap is required for our body?
i personally feel that whatever the time of sleeping would be but most important to wake early between 4to 6a.m always is best
I think best time for sleeping is between 22:00-23:30 and 5:00-7:00. Even in holidays, for good brain health. Thas period is in night so there is less noice and less light in it. In the 5:00, the air is rich of Oxygene wich is good for the respiration. Take it as a good edvice and try for 7 days, you will see that you live a largest day. And you can do more works. It is preferal to make siesta after 13-00 to 14-00 for some personne. The most important thing is the make same hour for waking up. That’s kind of biological clock.
Sweet dreams
hi am go to the gym now go to at 12 get up at 7 and eat at 8. 11. 2 .5. 8 .11 what he best for me
YES THE RIGHT TIME TO SLEEP IS AT 9 PM U WILL WAKE UP AT 6 AM
So why is it that when I go to bed at 12am, the earliest I can force myself to, I wake up at 7am, by an alarm clock, feeling like shit. However, on weekends when I go to bed after 4am I wake up naturally 6 to 8 hours later feeling great?
I think this might be the norm, but that doesn’t mean it is the best time for everyone to sleep.
You have to take into account your head space when you go to bed. Clearly, knowing you don’t have to wake up the next day early and have something important to do, will make you sleep much better, with less stress and worry.
When I use to work nights and get off at 6am I would go to bed when I got home and wake up on my own. Also since I did my original post I read a little more on this. The studies agree that 10pm-12am plus or minus 2 hours is normal. Although it is rare there are also several sleeping conditions that might set one circadian rhythm off by more.
It seems that each person needs to just find when and how they sleep best. If you can’t sleep during that time you my need to seek medical help, or work your life around when you sleep.
You are right not everyone has this natural pattern of sleeping.some of us are kinda freaky like me and have evolutionary baggage genes that make us want to sleep at “societal jet lag” Its called delayed sleep phase syndrome. Were not all early birds some of us are by nature night owls. patterns.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Delayed_sleep_phase_syndrome
Hi ,
I agree with you , am 30 years old
Hi!
I do agree with you, I am almost 40 years old, and that's what i finaly found out:
the rule is: if you sleep early, you wake up early
and certainly the best time is 10pm to mid night maximum
it's even healthy for you…
that's not what the human body is conceived to do! There are serious health issues that can arise from such a schedule, and there are tons of research on graveyard shift workers that seem to prove that is the case.
i didnt realize going to bed at 1-2 am was strange sleeping hours. i go to bed at 6 am and wake up at 3pm.
Sleep patterns differ from one person to another. Most of the time, it is how we train our body that controls our sleep patterns. The ideal sleep time is 10pm. Our bod repairs its damaged functions and restores crucial functions at a specific time according to sleep experts. To people suffering from lack of sleep or insomnia, the simplest measures such as finding the right mattress can help improve sleep. Make sure you choose the best mattress for your sleep needs.
the best barometer is how you feel. If you feel great, then you are ok with this sleep schedule. You are getting 6-7 hours of sleep which is within the norm, and the hours are actually much better than someone sleeping at 2am and waking up at 10am.
ive got a mind to go to bed 9-10pm and to wake up 3-4am regularly, which is much earlier wake-up time than usual(i normally woke up at 8-9am) is there any physical harm to this?
Based on studies a average person can sleep at least 4 to 8 hours more or lesser than that could be harmful. Studies also shown that the best time to sleep is between 9 to 10 pm.
Going to try this

Response for elizabeth:
most likely you have some sleeping debts…try doing it for a few days, then you will start to wake up early. π

Well, I don’t have any insomnia but I want to stay healthy.
So the best time to sleep is between 9pm – midnight and you’ll wake up on your own.
Nice info. RT-ed. =)

I’m a insomniac also, infact my sleep pattern totally shifted to the exact opposite of how it should be, i was going to sleep at 10-12am and waking up at midnight! – You’re article is bang on the truth, no need for medication, or paying money to someone. follow this articles advise, it’s what i had to do, and i did it on my own before reading this article unfortunatly after years of trial and error.
